NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

By entering the Casa amazona Inc $100 GIFT CARD Raffle, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. “Casa amazona” means Casa amazona Inc. or any of its affiliates.

Eligibility: Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States, age 18 years or older prior to the date of entry. Employees of Casa amazona and its affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method: Casa amazona will award One (1) $100 gift card from Cost Plus World Market. There will be one (1) winner selected using draw lots. The draw date is on May 8, 2018, Tuesday, at Casa amazona’ showroom located at 45331 Division Street, Lancaster, CA 93535. The limit is one entry per person. The $100.00 Gift Card will be sent to the winner’s address. The prize is non-transferable or convertible to cash amount.

How to Enter:  You may enter the raffle via the entry method described below.

1. You can visit the Casa amazona booth at the Santa Clarita Home and Garden Show on April 28 to 29, 2018 at 24320 Main Street, Santa Clarita, California, USA 91321. An entry form will be available at the booth.
2. You can complete and submit entry form through our website casaamazona.com

Additional Terms: Casa amazona reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time. Casa amazona and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from filling up the entry form. Casa amazona may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the raffle; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (z) acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entries will be disqualified. The person who submitted the entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Terms & Conditions to qualify for the raffle.

Miscellaneous: Each raffle is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering a raffle, you agree that Casa amazona and its affiliates will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the raffle, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

You agree that Casa amazona’ decisions related to the raffle and distribution of the prizes are final. Winners agree that, by participating in a raffle, Casa amazona and its respective affiliates may use their name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including but not limited to: graphic design, social media advertisement, website advertisement, etc; except where prohibited by law. Casa amazona and their respective affiliates may be required to disclose the winner’s details to governing regulatory authorities.
